Sam Eddy

Head Coach

Sam began coaching football in Yarmouth in the youth program, coaching his son’s team, the Yarmouth Pirates. He coached youth football for several years before eventually moving into the middle school program, where he coached for four seasons. A former player, Sam played high school football and college football and, through coaching, has developed a life-long appreciation for the game. He loves to teach the game to young players and help preparing them for playing their best football at the high school level. He is delighted to work with players of all ability levels and prides himself in developing each player and a strong team connection both on and off the field!

Bob Irving

Defensive Coordinator

Coach Erving has been coaching Yarmouth football in the youth, middle school and high school ranks for 19 years, beginning with the 2004 season. The proud dad of two Yarmouth football players (2012 & 2014), Bob has been a mainstay on the defensive side of the ball, earning the respect of his coaching peers as a creative defensive play caller. Countless youth and middle school players have become excellent football players under his coaching scrutiny and progressed to the high school ranks to become solid team players. Bob and his wife, Sandy, have given much to the program both on and off the field and continue to be avid supporters of Yarmouth Football.

Caleb Moore

Offensive Line Coach

Caleb is a true product of the Yarmouth Football program. Having begun football in 3rd grade at the youth level, and playing  through his senior year in the 2014 season, graduated from yarmouth in 2015. Caleb personifies the concept of the complete football player that Yarmouth aspires to produce. He rose to become a tenacious lineman in his high school years, earning All-Conference recognitions in his junior and senior seasons for 2013 and 2014. In 2021 Caleb circled back to Yarmouth Football to help coach at the middle school ranks, joining his former youth and middle school coaches, Bob Erving and Sam Eddy, and bringing his superb playing  experience to our next generation of players.  We are delighted to have Caleb continue with the 2023 season for his third year of coaching.
